2025 Annual Impact Report
Strengthening our community with dignity and kindness guided us through a year of change and shaped every decision we made. As more neighbors turned to us for support, we chose preparation over panic—reducing barriers to make help easier to access and creating the FISH Network to strengthen neighbor-to-neighbor support when it matters most. Behind the scenes, we strengthened our foundation by completing our first strategic plan, welcoming new board members, and adding part-time staff to support our work. At the heart of everything are our volunteers. They are the reason our mission is more than words.
2024 Annual Impact Report
In 2024, we proudly introduced a new brand identity: Fauquier FISH – Feed. Inspire. Support. Health. This transformation from our previous name, “For. Immediate. Sympathetic. Help.,” represents far more than a simple change—it reflects a renewed commitment to our mission: nourishing bodies, uplifting spirits, and fostering hope for a brighter future.
Guided by our core principles—Feed, Inspire, Support, and Health—we reached thousands of individuals and families this year. Each meal shared, each connection made, and each life touched is a testament to the power of community and compassion. Together, we are building a stronger, healthier Fauquier County—one neighbor at a time.
